Registration

Registration is now open. Registration is shared between CP, SAT, and SoCS, and you will be able to attend all three conferences with a single registration. Early registration ends on 30th June, and late registration will close on 31st July. Unfortunately, we are not able to accept on-site registrations, and we are not able to offer refunds.

We recommend booking accommodation well in advance of the event. The conference is being held at the same time as the Edinburgh Festival and the World Pipe Band Championships.

Please note that visitors from some countries may need a visa to attend; please see the UK government advice for details. If you are applying for a visa and need supporting documentation to confirm you have registered, please email the organisers after registering with details on exactly which visa scheme you are applying for.

Important: For visitors who do not need a visa, the UK will be introducing an electronic travel authorisation (ETA) system during 2025, which will require an application before you travel. This will include visitors from the EU, the United States, Canada, and Australia. Please check these links even if you have previously travelled to the UK without needing prior authorisation!
